Prairie South Schools would like to thank our many partnerships and sponsors for providing 24 students from Peacock, Central, Riverview, Cornerstone Christian, Lafleche, Mankota, Avonlea, Rouleau, Mortlach, and Eyebrow with the opportunity to spend two days learning about the area of Information Technology. It was an amazing camp for mentors and students to learn and collaborate together. Benefits for students who attended Think IT were:
- Connect and problem solve with industry experts
- Gain hands-on experience with the tools used in the IT industry
- Explore different areas of employment in Information Technology
- Have exposure to possible career paths through high school credits and industry programming
- Be exposed to post-secondary opportunities provided through Saskatchewan Polytechnic
